Revealed!!! The best way to take antibiotics

Remember the age long held belief that a course of antibiotics must be completed to achieve the best therapeutic effect and also to prevent resistance.

Well, the British Medical Journal in July published a report that states there is no empirical evidence to support the assertion that antibiotic courses must be completed. They rather suggested that people stop taking them as soon as they feel better in order to reduce the incidence of antibiotic resistant bacteria.
This is similar to a publication by Professor Harold Lambeth in 1999 which stated: "Antibiotic resistance is more likely to be encouraged by longer than by shorter courses".

Whats your take on this? Do you complete your course of antibiotics? Drop your comments in the comment box.
