Mary Clancey from Pennsylvania was concerned that she was unable to shed any of her 136kg of bodyweight despite trying out several dieting and exercise weight loss programs.
She was therefore surprised when the doctors discovered a human sized tumor inside her. She shed approximately 91kg of bodyweight after undergoing surgery.
